Howdy Marcia!

We want to thank you so very much for all you did for us.  We spoke with many realtors between the time we decided to make the move in October and our trip to Texas in February.  We chose to work with you based upon all the information you provided, the professionalism during that time period (great follow up but not too pushy), and the extra pictures you provided for us on homes far outside your turf.  You got to know what we wanted during all those conversations, and when our limited time came in February, you filled our plate with potential homes at a pace not expected!  It certainly paid off for us as our "just right" home was one of the first we saw.  The period of time between offer and closing could have been extremely hectic and stressful as it was all done long distance.  It wasn't at all.  It was an exciting journey with your "having our back" the entire time.  Your referrals for a loan officer and home inspector were A-1 service providers.  From beginning to end this milestone went so much smoother than we ever expected.  Thank you Marcia and a special thanks to Marty.  We will be sure to spread the word!!

Hello Marcia,

Gonzalo and I would like to thank you for all that you did to help us find our perfect home. Despite the setbacks, I truly feel that this home is the one we were meant to have. Your dedication and positive optimism made all the difference. We are finally settled in and have already made some flooring changes. We also used the flooring company that you referred us to and were very pleased with their work. The hardwoods they installed are gorgeous. I recently got a promotion at work so Gonzalo and I will both be commuting downtown for work. I think he is more excited with the fact that he will finally be able to drive in the HOV lane.
Again, thank you for everything. We really enjoyed working with you and will let you know if we are ever in the market again. Have a great vacation in Europe!

I just want to thank you both for all the work you did on our behalf and for always being so warm and friendly. I know that there were several times it was not that easy - especially when I called so early in the morning!
The beautiful basket of "Goodies" is still being enjoyed and was such a nice surprise. In all our moves up and down the state of Texas not one other time has anyone ever given us anything at a closing and once again, we thank you so very much.
Marty, I'm sorry we didn't get to meet you in person but you were so sweet and personable when helping me with the computer that I feel that we've known each other for years. I hope we will have an opportunity in the near future to meet you "In the flesh". We just have to get that sweet wife of yours to take a few hours off for some socializing.
Our plans are still to be moved into the house by the fifteenth of June but we may move that up some since the packing is coming along so nicely and all the things we're leaving behind are making a mess for showing the house.
Our thanks and appreciation to both of you and we look forward to seeing you one evening at our new home.
